SEMI-ANNUAL VISITS
You will be scheduled for a Spring and Fall visit: (2) 4-hour visits (8 hours total) in a 12-month period. We will complete as much of the maintenance as possible in the scheduled 4-hour visit and advise you if more time is needed or if other repairs are recommended. Extra labor time, materials, disposal fees, permits, etc. would incur additional charges.
Examples of items covered under the contract includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Repair decks, stoops and pergolas
- Gutter repair and cleaning
- Install handicap ramps and accessories
- Clean ceiling fan blades
- LVP installation (luxury vinyl plank)
- Power wash exterior
- Fence & gate repair
- Replace/repair rotted soffits and fascia boards
- Yard cleanup
- Clean dryer vent
- Move furniture
- Replace lightbulbs and smoke detector batteries
- Caulk windows and doors
- Touch-up paint
- Change furnace filters
