We hired Handyman Mark to do a bathroom remodel project. It included painting, vinyl floor installation, electrical, plumbing, new vanity install and building a custom shelving where our old shower was located. Mark's team did an excellent job. We were so please with the craftsmanship of the custom closet shelving. We were so happy that we had selected Handyman Mark for this project. They were recommended to me by someone I trust and I am entirely grateful. I was very impressed with this company. They were responsive, quickly and easily scheduled a time to come out and give me an estimate, sent me a text reminder of the appointment and even called me when traffic slowed them down a few minutes the day of. Mark was professional and asked good questions and was open and honest about what they could do and how they would do it. The detailed quote came in quickly and was a reasonable amount. I was impressed enough at this point not to bother getting a second or third quote as I normally would. They scheduled a day to come out and complete the work; replace some rotting boards on my porch, install a door to the crawl space under my house, and fix a hand rail that had come loose. When I got home from work it was after dark but from what I could see I was very pleased with the craftmanship. The next day Mark called to make sure I was happy with the work. I will not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this handyman service. We had two porch posts replaced and repair work done on the gutters over our porch. The work was completed in a short time after I called, and the workmanship on our project was outstanding. We dealt with three different individuals including Mark, and all three were terrific!!!

Called Mark to repair a busted door frame from an attempted break-in. The guy he sent out to make the repair was very knowledgeable, gave good advice and very friendly. Good, quick service and they did well scheduling around my off-shift work schedule.

Handyman Mark’s team is incredible! My back deck needed a lot of work, but they were up for the challenge. They replaced the stairs, multiple deck boards, as well as restained the whole deck. The work was excellently done. The team was respectful and very knowledgeable. Very grateful for Quincy and Jack especially for getting my deck in shape just in time for summer parties! Mark, Quincy, Lisa, and everyone we interacted with for our project were friendly and good at communicating everything with us. They did some serious carpentry work on our front and side porches that really saved us. We had some structural damage from rotted wood, and they came in and replaced everything, making it as good as new. The project ended up being more demanding than they thought originally, and took them a little bit longer than expected. This did not impact us in any way, and they didn't try to change the quote or anything at all. They honored the original estimate, which I thought was great customer service. Overall, had a fantastic experience, and will definitely hire again!

Mark and his team are total pros. They updated a 1935 home for us to include a patio railing, a stronger deck railing, realigned doors, basement insulation, and new fans. A complete game changer as we get ready to move into our home with our 7 month old baby girl. Everything in the project was high quality from the timelines and project management to the craftsmanship and finished product. I look forward to working with Handyman Mark again!

Handyman Mark sent out an estimator (Jack) who was attentive, courteous, and accurate. After I accepted the estimate, they followed up by sending a specialist (Quincy) who was extremely skilled and attentive to detail. He made my project (deck steps) better than new. While I have treated lumber with Trex decking, after he left, I feel like I am walking on concrete - that's how solid he rebuilt them. I'd bet a paycheck they will out last me! Working with Handyman Mark & team was an all around great experience. Definitely recommend!
