Handyman Mark, Inc. warrants our workmanship for a period of one year upon closing the job (certain restrictions apply*). The standard manufacturer product warranty applies on all products and materials provided by Handyman Mark, Inc. as part of the job. Owner supplied materials are not covered under the Handyman Mark, Inc. standard warranty.
*Standard Warranty does not cover product misuse, acts of God, failure due to material provided by others.

Mark, Quincy, Lisa, and everyone we interacted with for our project were friendly and good at communicating everything with us. They did some serious carpentry work on our front and side porches that really saved us. We had some structural damage from rotted wood, and they came in and replaced everything, making it as good as new. The project ended up being more demanding than they thought originally, and took them a little bit longer than expected. This did not impact us in any way, and they didn't try to change the quote or anything at all. They honored the original estimate, which I thought was great customer service. Overall, had a fantastic experience, and will definitely hire again!

Handyman Mark sent out an estimator (Jack) who was attentive, courteous, and accurate. After I accepted the estimate, they followed up by sending a specialist (Quincy) who was extremely skilled and attentive to detail. He made my project (deck steps) better than new. While I have treated lumber with Trex decking, after he left, I feel like I am walking on concrete - that's how solid he rebuilt them. I'd bet a paycheck they will out last me! Working with Handyman Mark & team was an all around great experience. Definitely recommend!

They replaced the stairs, multiple deck boards, as well as restained the whole deck. The work was excellently done. The team was respectful and very knowledgeable. June 10, 2023Handyman Mark responded quickly to my request for an estimate and scheduled an appointment quickly. The gentlemen that came to do the estimate were thorough and efficient and on time. We had them repair some rotted facia board on the exterior of our home. Quincy did the repair work and did a great job. He was on time, communicated what the problem was, repaired the damage, and painted the repaired area to match the rest of the exterior. I have no complaints and plan to call on them again in the near future.
